2. Dane osobowe Klient\u00f3w s\u0105 zbierane w przypadku:
korzystania z formularza kontaktowego na Stronie w celu zawarcia umowy \u015bwiadczonej drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105. Podstawa prawna: konieczno\u015b\u0107 wykonania umowy \u015bwiadczenia us\u0142ugi formularza kontaktowego (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
3. W przypadku korzystania z formularza kontaktowego Klient podaje nast\u0119puj\u0105ce dane:
– adres e-mail
– imi\u0119
– numer telefonu
4. Dodatkowe informacje mog\u0105 by\u0107 zbierane podczas korzystania ze Strony, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci: adres IP przypisany do komputera Klienta lub zewn\u0119trzny adres IP dostawcy us\u0142ug internetowych, nazwa domeny, typ przegl\u0105darki, czas dost\u0119pu, typ systemu operacyjnego.
5. Mog\u0105 by\u0107 r\u00f3wnie\u017c zbierane dane nawigacyjne od Klient\u00f3w, w tym informacje o linkach i odno\u015bnikach, na kt\u00f3re zdecyduj\u0105 si\u0119 klikn\u0105\u0107 lub inne dzia\u0142ania podejmowane na Stronie. Podstawa prawna \u2013 uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO), polegaj\u0105cy na u\u0142atwieniu korzystania z us\u0142ug \u015bwiadczonych drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 oraz poprawie funkcjonalno\u015bci tych us\u0142ug.

1. Dane osobowe Klienta s\u0105 przekazywane dostawcom us\u0142ug wykorzystywanych przez Administratora przy prowadzeniu Strony. Dostawcy us\u0142ug, kt\u00f3rym dane osobowe s\u0105 przekazywane, w zale\u017cno\u015bci od umowy i okoliczno\u015bci, s\u0105 albo podmiotami przetwarzaj\u0105cymi dane na polecenie Administratora, albo samodzielnie ustalaj\u0105 cele i sposoby ich przetwarzania.
1.1. Podmioty przetwarzaj\u0105ce: Administrator korzysta z dostawc\u00f3w, kt\u00f3rzy przetwarzaj\u0105 dane osobowe wy\u0142\u0105cznie na polecenie Administratora. Nale\u017c\u0105 do nich m.in. dostawcy us\u0142ug hostingowych, us\u0142ug ksi\u0119gowych, system\u00f3w marketingowych, system\u00f3w analizy ruchu na Stronie, system\u00f3w analizy efektywno\u015bci kampanii marketingowych.

<\/note>\n\n1.2.1.2.Administrators. The Administrator uses suppliers who do not act solely on instructions and themselves determine the purposes and methods of using the Customers’ personal data. They provide electronic payment and banking services.
2. Location. Service providers are based mainly in Poland and other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA).
3. The Customers’ personal data are stored:
3.1. In the event that the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, then the Client’s personal data are processed by the Administrator until the consent is revoked, and after the consent is revoked for a period of time corresponding to the limitation period for claims that the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him. Unless a special provision provides otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to running a business – three years.
3.2. In the event that the basis for the processing of data is the performance of a contract, then the Client’s personal data are processed by the Administrator for as long as it is necessary to perform the contract, and after that time for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims. Unless a special provision provides otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to running a business – three years.
4. In the event of a request, the Administrator makes personal data available to authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.Administratorzy: Administrator korzysta z dostawc\u00f3w, kt\u00f3rzy nie dzia\u0142aj\u0105 wy\u0142\u0105cznie na polecenie i sami ustalaj\u0105 cele i sposoby wykorzystania danych osobowych Klient\u00f3w. 2. Lokalizacja: Dostawcy us\u0142ug maj\u0105 siedzib\u0119 g\u0142\u00f3wnie w Polsce oraz innych krajach Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego (EOG).
3. Dane osobowe Klient\u00f3w s\u0105 przechowywane:
3.1. Na podstawie zgody: Je\u015bli podstaw\u0105 przetwarzania danych osobowych jest zgoda, dane osobowe Klienta s\u0105 przetwarzane przez Administratora do momentu jej wycofania, a po jej wycofaniu przez okres odpowiadaj\u0105cy okresowi przedawnienia roszcze\u0144, kt\u00f3re Administrator mo\u017ce zg\u0142asza\u0107 i kt\u00f3re mog\u0105 by\u0107 zg\u0142aszane wobec niego. Z wyj\u0105tkiem szczeg\u00f3lnych przepis\u00f3w, okres przedawnienia wynosi sze\u015b\u0107 lat, a dla roszcze\u0144 o \u015bwiadczenia okresowe oraz roszcze\u0144 zwi\u0105zanych z prowadzeniem dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej \u2013 trzy lata.
3.2. Na podstawie umowy: Je\u015bli podstaw\u0105 przetwarzania danych jest wykonanie umowy, dane osobowe Klienta s\u0105 przetwarzane przez Administratora przez czas niezb\u0119dny do jej wykonania, a po tym czasie przez okres odpowiadaj\u0105cy okresowi przedawnienia roszcze\u0144. Z wyj\u0105tkiem szczeg\u00f3lnych przepis\u00f3w, okres przedawnienia wynosi sze\u015b\u0107 lat, a dla roszcze\u0144 o \u015bwiadczenia okresowe oraz roszcze\u0144 zwi\u0105zanych z prowadzeniem dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej \u2013 trzy lata.
4. W przypadku \u017c\u0105dania Administrator udost\u0119pnia dane osobowe upowa\u017cnionym organom pa\u0144stwowym, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci jednostkom organizacyjnym Prokuratury, Policji, Prezesowi Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych, Prezesowi Urz\u0119du Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsument\u00f3w lub Prezesowi Urz\u0119du Komunikacji Elektronicznej.\u00a7 3 COOKIE MECHANISM, IP ADDRESS\u00a7 3 Mechanizm cookies, adres IP1. The website uses small files called cookies. They are saved by the Administrator on the end device of the person visiting the Website, if the web browser allows it. A cookie file usually contains the name of the domain from which it comes, its „expiration time” and an individual, randomly selected number identifying this file. Information collected using files of this type helps to adapt the products offered by the Administrator to the individual preferences and actual needs of people visiting the Website.
2. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

2.2. Persistent cookies: they are stored in the memory of the Customer’s end device and remain there until they are deleted or expired. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow for downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the Customers’ computer.
3. The Administrator uses its own cookies for the following purposes:
3.1. analyses and research and audience audits, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help understand how Customers use the Website, which enables improving its structure and content.
4. The Administrator uses external cookies for the purpose of:
4.1. presenting on the information pages of the Website, a map indicating the location of the Administrator’s office, using the internet service maps.google.com (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA)
5. The cookie mechanism is safe for the computers of Customers visiting the Website. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get to Customers’ computers this way. Nevertheless, in their browsers, Customers have the option of limiting or disabling access of cookies to computers. In the case of using this option, it will be possible to use the Website, except for the functions that by their nature require cookies.
6. The Administrator may collect IP addresses of Clients. An IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a person visiting the Website by the Internet service provider. The IP number enables access to the Internet. In most cases, it is assigned to the computer dynamically, i.e. it changes with each connection to the Internet and for this reason it is commonly treated as non-personal identifying information. The IP address is used by the Administrator to diagnose technical problems with the server, create statistical analyses (e.g. to determine from which regions we record the most visits), as information useful in administering and improving the Website, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of unwanted automatic programs that burden the server for browsing the content of the Website.1. 2. Administrator stosuje dwa rodzaje plik\u00f3w cookies:
2.1. Cookies sesyjne \u2013 po zako\u0144czeniu danej sesji przegl\u0105darki lub wy\u0142\u0105czeniu komputera zapisane informacje s\u0105 usuwane z pami\u0119ci urz\u0105dzenia. 2.2. Cookies trwa\u0142e \u2013 s\u0105 przechowywane w pami\u0119ci urz\u0105dzenia ko\u0144cowego Klienta i pozostaj\u0105 tam do momentu ich usuni\u0119cia lub wyga\u015bni\u0119cia. Mechanizm cookies trwa\u0142ych nie pozwala na pobieranie jakichkolwiek danych osobowych ani \u017cadnych informacji poufnych z komputer\u00f3w Klient\u00f3w.
Administrator wykorzystuje w\u0142asne pliki cookies w nast\u0119puj\u0105cych celach:
3.1. prowadzenia analiz, bada\u0144 oraz audyt\u00f3w ogl\u0105dalno\u015bci, a w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci tworzenia anonimowych statystyk, kt\u00f3re pomagaj\u0105 zrozumie\u0107, w jaki spos\u00f3b Klienci korzystaj\u0105 ze Strony, co umo\u017cliwia ulepszanie jej struktury i zawarto\u015bci.
4. Administrator korzysta z zewn\u0119trznych plik\u00f3w cookies w celu:
4.1. prezentowania na stronach informacyjnych Strony mapy wskazuj\u0105cej lokalizacj\u0119 siedziby Administratora, z wykorzystaniem internetowej us\u0142ugi maps.google.com (administrator zewn\u0119trznych cookies: Google Inc. z siedzib\u0105 w USA).
5. Mechanizm cookies jest bezpieczny dla komputer\u00f3w Klient\u00f3w odwiedzaj\u0105cych Stron\u0119. W szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci t\u0105 drog\u0105 nie jest mo\u017cliwe przedostanie si\u0119 do komputer\u00f3w Klient\u00f3w wirus\u00f3w lub innego niechcianego oprogramowania czy z\u0142o\u015bliwego oprogramowania (malware). Niemniej jednak, w przegl\u0105darkach internetowych Klienci maj\u0105 mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 ograniczenia lub wy\u0142\u0105czenia dost\u0119pu plik\u00f3w cookies do swoich komputer\u00f3w. W przypadku skorzystania z tej opcji korzystanie ze Strony b\u0119dzie mo\u017cliwe, z wyj\u0105tkiem funkcji, kt\u00f3re ze swojej natury wymagaj\u0105 plik\u00f3w cookies.
6. Administrator mo\u017ce zbiera\u0107 adresy IP Klient\u00f3w. Adres IP to numer przypisywany komputerowi osoby odwiedzaj\u0105cej Stron\u0119 przez dostawc\u0119 us\u0142ug internetowych. Numer IP umo\u017cliwia dost\u0119p do Internetu. W wi\u0119kszo\u015bci przypadk\u00f3w przypisywany jest dynamicznie, czyli zmienia si\u0119 przy ka\u017cdym po\u0142\u0105czeniu z Internetem i z tego powodu jest traktowany jako informacja niepozwalaj\u0105ca na identyfikacj\u0119 osoby. Adres IP jest wykorzystywany przez Administratora w celu diagnozowania problem\u00f3w technicznych z serwerem, tworzenia analiz statystycznych (np. okre\u015blania, z jakich region\u00f3w notujemy najwi\u0119cej odwiedzin), jako informacja pomocna przy administrowaniu i ulepszaniu Strony, a tak\u017ce w celach bezpiecze\u0144stwa oraz ewentualnej identyfikacji niepo\u017c\u0105danych automatycznych program\u00f3w obci\u0105\u017caj\u0105cych serwer w celu przegl\u0105dania zawarto\u015bci Strony.\u00a7 4 DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS\u00a7 4 PRAWA OS\u00d3B, KT\u00d3RYCH DANE DOTYCZ\u01041. The right to withdraw consent \u2013 \u200b\u200blegal basis: art. 7 sec. 3 GDPR.
1.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw any consent they have granted
.1. Prawo do wycofania zgody \u2013 podstawa prawna: art. 7 ust. 3 RODO.
1.1. Klient ma prawo w ka\u017cdej chwili wycofa\u0107 udzielon\u0105 zgod\u0119.1.2.1.2.Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment of withdrawal of consent.
1.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by the Administrator in accordance with the law before its withdrawal.
1.4. Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for the Customer, but may prevent further use of the services or functionalities that, according to the law, the Administrator may only provide with consent.
2. The right to object to data processing \u2013 legal basis: art. 21 GDPR.
2.1. The Customer has the right to object at any time \u2013 for reasons related to their particular situation \u2013 to the processing of their personal data, including profiling, if the Administrator processes their data based on a legitimate interest, e.g. marketing of the Administrator’s products and services, maintaining statistics on the use of individual functionalities of the Website and facilitating the use of the Website, as well as satisfaction surveys.
2.2. Resignation in the form of an e-mail from receiving marketing communications regarding products or services will mean the Customer’s objection to the processing of his or her personal data, including profiling for these purposes.
2.3. If the Customer’s objection proves to be justified, the Administrator will have no other legal basis for processing the personal data, the Customer’s personal data will be deleted, to the processing of which the Customer has filed an objection.
3. The right to delete data („the right to be forgotten”) – legal basis: art. 17 of the GDPR.
3.1. The Customer has the right to request the deletion of all or some of the personal data.
3.2. The Customer has the right to request the deletion of personal data if:
3.2.1. the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed
3.2.2. he or she has withdrawn a specific consent, to the extent that the personal data were processed based on his or her consent
3.2.3. he or she has filed an objection to the use of his or her data for marketing purposes
3.2.4. the personal data are processed unlawfully
3.2.5. personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of a Member State to which the Controller is subject
3.2.6. the personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services
3.3. Despite the request to delete personal data, in connection with the filing of an objection or withdrawal of consent, the Administrator may retain certain personal data to the extent that processing is necessary to determine, pursue or defend claims, as well as to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under EU law or the law of a Member State to which the Administrator is subject. This applies in particular to personal data including: first name, last name, e-mail address, which data are retained for the purposes of handling complaints and claims related to the use of the Administrator’s services, or additionally the address of residence\/mailing address, order number, which data are retained for the purposes of handling complaints and claims related to concluded sales agreements or the provision of services.
4. The right to limit data processing – legal basis: art. 18 of the GDPR.
4.1. The customer has the right to request the restriction of the processing of their personal data.Submitting a request, until it is considered, prevents the use of certain functionalities or services, the use of which will be associated with the processing of the data covered by the request. The Administrator will also not send any messages, including marketing ones.
4.2. The Customer has the right to request the restriction of the use of personal data in the following cases:
4.2.1. when he\/she questions the accuracy of his\/her personal data \u2013 then the Administrator limits their use for the time needed to verify the accuracy of the data, but no longer than for 7 days
4.2.2. when the processing of data is unlawful, and instead of deleting the data, the Customer requests the restriction of their use
4.2.3. when the personal data have ceased to be necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or used, but they are necessary for the Customer to establish, pursue or defend claims
4.2.4. when he\/she has objected to the use of his\/her data \u2013 then the restriction takes place for the time needed to consider whether \u2013 due to the special situation \u2013 the protection of the Customer’s interests, rights and freedoms outweighs the interests pursued by the Administrator by processing the Customer’s personal data.
5. The right to access data \u2013 legal basis: art. 15 GDPR.
5.1. The Customer has the right to obtain from the Administrator confirmation as to whether he\/she is processing personal data, and if this is the case, the Customer has the right to:
5.1.1. obtain access to his\/her personal data
5.1.2. obtain information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data being processed, recipients or categories of recipients of this data, the planned period for which the Customer’s data will be stored or the criteria for determining this period (when it is not possible to determine the planned period for which the data will be processed), about the Customer’s rights under the GDPR and about the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, about the source of this data, about automated decision-making, including profiling, and about the security measures applied in connection with the transfer of this data outside the European Union5.1.3.5.1.3.obtain a copy of their personal data.
6. The right to rectify data \u2013 legal basis: Art. 16 of the GDPR.
6.1. The Customer has the right to request that the Controller immediately rectify any personal data concerning them that is incorrect. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the Customer whose data is being processed has the right to request that incomplete personal data be supplemented, including by submitting an additional statement, by sending a request to the e-mail address in accordance with \u00a76 of the Privacy Policy.
7. The right to transfer data \u2013 legal basis: Art. 20 GDPR.
7.1. The Client has the right to receive his\/her personal data, which he\/she provided to the Administrator, and then send it to another personal data controller of his\/her choice. The Client also has the right to request that the personal data be sent by the Administrator directly to such controller, if technically possible. In such a case, the Administrator will send the Client’s personal data in the form of a file in the csv format, which is a commonly used, machine-readable format that allows the received data to be sent to another personal data controller.
8. In the event that the Client requests the right resulting from the above rights, the Administrator shall comply with the request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than within one month after receiving it. However, if – due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests – the Administrator is unable to comply with the request within a month, he\/she will comply with it within the next two months, informing the Client in advance within one month of receiving the request – of the intended extension of the deadline and the reasons for it.uzyskania kopii danych osobowych.

Bior\u0105c pod uwag\u0119 cele przetwarzania, ma r\u00f3wnie\u017c prawo \u017c\u0105da\u0107 uzupe\u0142nienia niekompletnych danych, w tym przez z\u0142o\u017cenie dodatkowego o\u015bwiadczenia, przesy\u0142aj\u0105c \u017c\u0105danie na adres e-mail wskazany w \u00a76 Polityki prywatno\u015bci.
7. Prawo do przenoszenia danych \u2013 podstawa prawna: art. 20 RODO.
7.1. Klient ma prawo otrzyma\u0107 dane osobowe, kt\u00f3re dostarczy\u0142 Administratorowi, a nast\u0119pnie przes\u0142a\u0107 je do innego administratora.
